Mother’s Day is just around the corner and it made me remember when Juliet, Benjamin and I made this healthy tart to celebrate the best thing that ever happened to me: motherhood! The video below is the cutest! They were so little [mother melting].
Anyway, your mom (or yourself) will love this easy, healthy treat for breakfast or desert. It also looks gorgeous on the table, so give it a try!
- 2 1/2 cups of oat flour
- 6 tbsps of coconut oil
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1 tbs of chia seeds.
Mix all ingredients, let stand for 10 minutes, press against the pie plate, and bake for 25 minutes at 350 F.
- 32 ounces of vanilla greek yogurt
tbspof honey (or more!)
- 1 packet of flavorless gelatin dissolved in 2/3 of a cup of boiling water.
Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
Now put it together:
Pour the yogurt mix on the pie crust and decorate with the fruits you or your mom like best. Easy as cake!
Aren’t they the cutest? If you make the tart, please let me know, so I can tell Juliet and Benjamin what you thought of it!
